it reads
"dear neighbor,
judging from last night it's pretty clear that parking is important to you. in the future, we will try to let our guests know this and respect your space, so using the garbage cans won't be necessary. we value you and your family as neighbors and would like to continue to have a healthy and happy relationship with you all. please feel free to talk with us about your concerns.

and ps- i didn't sleep at all last night because of this (i hate conflict) and joey was totally up all night too, vibing on my vibes.

hopefully the note made you feel better -- it is kind of hysterical. i didn't realize she lived with her paretns. maybe you need to talk to her parents about her erratic behavior.
