i miss doing this all day.however, i'm having a mind-changing and life-changing experience at my doula doula doula (aka medulla oblongata) conference in beverly. it's the purrrfect thing for a birth junkie like me. bring on the wide-screen views of heads crowning...the rapid breathing...the screams!
my poor little man misses his milk.

cute, Yes I love nursing too. I'm still nursing my 20 month old, I've been trying to wean but just can't give it up completly yet (her or I). I love that you are becoming a doula. I would love to do that, but just don't think now is the time. I'm so excited to be giving birth in a free standing birthing center with a midwife and a doula present. All the hard work you are putting in will be so worth it, and you little one will grow up loving the process as much as you do.
hey nina...great to hear from you - a little empathy goes a long way! i'd love to talk more with you about the volunteer doula gigs...do they have to be anywhere in particular? check out a mother's wish on my blog page for info about the program...i'd love to chat about the possibilities!
